Philip John Gold

Philip John Gold is a native of Orange County having been born in Fullerton and has lived in Orange County for all of his life other than the period he attended college and served in the armed forces.

Mr. Gold received a Bachelor of Science degree from the Haas School of Business Administration at the University of California, Berkeley and his Juris Doctor degree from Pepperdine University School of Law.

He is a member of the State Bar of California, the Orange County Bar Association, the American Bar Association, and the Orange Coast Estate Planning Council. For a number of years Mr. Gold was a member of panels providing continuing legal education for attorneys and currently volunteers at the Oasis Senior Center in Corona Del Mar, providing complimentary assistance to Orange County Seniors.

Mr. Gold has been practicing law in Orange County for over 32 years providing his services in the areas of Estate Planning, WILLS and TRUSTS, PROBATE, POWERS OF ATTORNEY, CONSERVATORSHIPS, GUARDIANSHIPS, LIVING WILLS and HEALTH CARE DIRECTIVES, TRUST & WILL ADMINISTRATION, assisting families with disabled family members by creating SPECIAL NEEDS TRUSTS and establishing LIMITED CONSERVATORSHIPS.
